Vnap A vs Vnap B

If Vnap A gives us a steeper climb , and is less noisy and also less workload on the pilot . Why do companies still do Vnap B depratures ?
are there any other advantages between Vnap A and Vnap B , besides the above mentioned ? thanks

NADP 1 and 2 (like the old ICAO A and B) are designed for different situations, and where the noise sensitive areas are located.

One gives less noise close in, but relatively higher noise further along the path... the other gives a higher noise in close, but much less noise further on.

NADP 2 saves fuel, quicker clean up.

There's an article about it in Boeing's AERO magazine.
