So DIAS is right, it's not a low cost carrier.

its very much a full-service airline, prices often cheaper that OA, spend a lot on their fleet & the onboard service is fantastic

Couldnt agree more, flew with them from Stansted, brand new A321, excellent service and fantastic and beautiful all female cabin crew!
