LHR T5 Gate Assignments
Hi,
Does anyone know if there's any sort of rough gate assignment pattern at T5?
For example do long hauls go from certain gates, like the satellite?

Long Hauls mainly go from the T5B satellite, although there are a couple of 744 capable stands in T5A these are mainly used for shorthaul. Although T5B is often used for shorthaul flights.
Domestics normally go from the gates to the North of the T5A main building.
When the next flight switch happens then a lot of long hauls will go from the T5C stands which until that satellite is built will be coaching departures and arrivals.
