Digital ATC Translator??

I would have thought someone would have come up with, A radio translator for ATC operations.

As an eg at PMI sometimes it is very hard to understand some of the controllers speaking, But others are quite clear.

There could be a way that the message is sent out on the frequency then quickly - milliseconds it is translated into the language of the recipient aircraft.

Then there will be no misunderstanding on the frequencies.

Think it would be alot easier.
