unfreezing an ATPL licence

CAn anyone help me please?

i wish to know what type of hours i must possess in order to unfreeze my ATPL. i think that i must have 1500 hours of which 500 must be multi-crew, and 100 as PIC. i thought there was also a minimum number of night, cross country, and possibly hours needed but i can't seem to find any confirmation at all.

i have checked the CAA website but cannot find the info that i am looking for.

i would appreciate any input at all on this

On the CAA website search for LASORS, you'll find all the info you need there.
