Last week I get an ATIS at Orly with "FBL" SHRA and I Know that means "light" but anyone knows the translation of FBL.

Also "FU" =fumee=smoke

'fbl' is a French abbreviation for 'faible' which translates to 'weak'.

Got FBLSHRA going into Shanghai the other day. Wouldn't have expected that on what must be a modern ATIS system using what I think is out of date terminology.
