Adjusting Long Range Cruise for Head and Tailwinds

Hi

Does anyone know of any rules of thumb for adjusting long range cruise speeds to take account of head or tailwinds - e.g. adding or subtracting a quarter of the headwind / tailwind?

Thanks in advance.
