Cargo vs Passenger pilots

What are the different requirements ie medical, training etc including pay between the two?

No training regarding interactions with flight attendants for cargo pilots.

Cargo pilots are medically allowed to suffer form scheech impairement as they are not require to do PA announcements.

Cargo pilots are paid about half as much for the priviledge of flying during the quiet overnight hours.
