Psychometric

I have been searching for a good psychometric testing book since a lot of the airlines nowadays are big on this. Does anyone know of any good books out there that they can recommend?
Thanks.

Yes I did use it but a long, long time ago and I don't know by how much the progressive matrices section of the aptitude tests has changed or stayed the same but I imagine the principle is the same and it helped me a lot.

There was also a second book by the same author as Know your own IQ called Test your own IQ, thought it might help.
