Aircraft Magnetism Question - ATPL

Is there a way to find values for Coefficients B and C in the following example using a mathematical formula, rather than plotting it on the flight computer?

Example:

Heading = 038 degrees
Max Deviation = +5
Coefficient B = ?
Coefficient C = ?

Thanks....

...off topic slightly, do you realise the calculation of co-efficients a, b and c is not in the ATPL syllabus?

If you can find a copy of Civil Aircraft Inspection Procedures (CAIP's) Leaflet AL/10-5 explains it.

Heading = 038 degrees
Is that the heading for maximum deviation or just your present heading?
