Damage to Beech 90 G-OJRO?

Just wondering if anyone knows what happened to Beech 90 G-OJRO (OY-JRO until very recently)?

I was pointed towards a picture of it on Airliners.net.

It is in Zurich on it's wheels, but with bent props and a note which says it landed on it's belly.

I couldn't see anything on AAIB, but the AAIB does show that this aircraft (as OY-JRO) has tried to land wheels up a little while ago - though this was due to pilot error.

Thanks.
