MCC Exemption

Can anyone tell me how to get a certificate for MCC Exemtion. I do have more then 500hrs in Multi-Crew aeroplanes and am applying for a company that requires an MCC Licence or Exemption.

In my case paid the UK CAA 47 pounds a letter from the employer AND a copy of your ops manual OR/AND SOP's denoting that two crew was a requirement. DD
