What's it like being a Recruiter or Consultant

I'd like to know if any pilots have switched over to become a Recruiter or Consultant for one of the many agencies like Parc, Rishworth, just to name a few.

What's the job like?

I'm interested to know how the job works and what's involved.

Why not call a recruiter in, say, Parc and ask?
