FAA Recurrent flying

hi guys,
can anyone tell me how may hours I would need to fly to renew(recurrent) my FAA CPL/IR ME License.I havent flown ever since 1998?
appreciate any help..

Biennial flight review, instrument proficiency check. Minimum of an hour each ground and air instruction, plus 6 approaches and holding to get instrument current, plus 3 landings. Should be at night if you're going to fly at night (will cover day & night currency all in one).

Some of the instrument stuff can be done in a simulator.
