Waypoint database? (programmatically accessible)

Hi there,

Would anyone happen to know if there is any public access list of aviation waypoints/navaids that one could access or download? Not for navigation, only to extract the coordinates and overlay on Google Earth for entertainment purposes. Thanks in advance.
