Over 60 in Italy

I believe that the Italian CAA (ENAC) have finally accepted that pilots over age 60 may fly within their Italy. But I cannot find any more details about it, even on the Italian language PPRUNE site. Does anyone have full details yet - like, when does it apply from (now? next month? next November?) And any further restrictions - medicals, must fly with younger pilot, dependent on company rules?
