Relative bearings?

I can't seem to understand questions that involve relative bearings and other sorts giving headings and deflection etc, here is an example of a question, so if anyone could explain i'd be most grateful.

On the QDR of 075 degrees with a magnetic heading of 295 degrees, the relative bearing on the ADF indicator is:

Answer: 320 degrees

I'm not entirley sure how they arrive at this answer.

Neil:
A Relative Bearing is relative to your position but measured against the present heading of your vessel.
So heading 295.
On the 075 QDR so the Aid is 180 opposite that; which = bearing 255 from Mag North.
Measure clockwise from your heading to Relative pos of Aid = 65 degs (to North) + 255 degs = 320M.

you mean about the colour of cows, possibably black and white, however i have seen some purple and black ones before.

So if i've got this right (probably not) would you take the 100 away from the 295 to give the QDR? If so then that'll be 195 and then the QDM would be 015.

If not then i'vee been doing too many questions and my brain refuses to function.
