Where is the border between Middle East and the Far East region ?
Which place is making the layer of separation?

Jeppesen seem to think that India is in the Middle East (if you read the chart labels), but my geography books describe it as South Asia.

My guess -

(1) Mediterranean to Pakistan = Middle East,
(2) India and Bangladesh = South Asia,
(3) Bangladesh to Indonesia to Philippines to Vietnam = South-East Asia,
(4) East of Formosa (Taiwan) = Far East.

Yeah, yeah, I know, Lord Louis Mountbatten coined the term South-East Asia, he was no geographer, but the name kind of stuck.
