Switching Teams?????
OK guys dont go bashing a rotorhead - I am just trying to make a few life changing decisions here.
I am an FAA ATP 3500+ hours P1 - of which about 2500 are turbine - of which 1000 are muti crew medium IFR twins.
I am considering taking the JAA theory exams next year............ FOR FIXED WING.
Do people like Easy Jet and Ryanair take into consideration my 3500 hours P1 on helicopters? I would obviously be looking at an FO's position.
If i applied with say 500 hours P2 in a Gulfstream G2, G3, G4 or G5, plus my current helicopter hours and a type rating in a 737.............. would they be a little interested or very interested???????
Oh - how much is a 737 type rating??
I appreciate your comments

Easy/Ryan
First: can you reside in the EC? If yes, last thing I heard, you pay for your rating. €30'000.-. Easy is ok, but Ryan Air has a terrible reputation, employees are worth nothing. Ever heard the CEO being quoted? What an embarrassing person....from the gutter, the man. Nobody I would like to work for....Good luck. Asia is looking for people like crazy.
