METAR Cipher

With reference to this:
METAR NKAA 170630Z 13003KT 3500 -SHRA BR FEW003 BKN005 BKN010 25/23 Q1004 BECMG 05008KT RMK 1ST003 5ST005 7CU010 A2966

What does "RMK 1ST003 5ST005 7CU010" mean? Thanks.

Seems to me it bears some resemblance to: FEW003 BKN005 BKN010. I'll make a wild guess: it means 1/8 stratus at 300 ft, 5/8 stratus at 500 ft and 7/8 cumulus at 1000 ft.

Now let's wait for someone more familiar with local METAR peculiarities to confirm if I guessed right.

RMK = remarks added at the end of a METAR

Then see Note (2) at the bottom of the attached link for the rest. It is basically giving the characteristics of the clouds for you. Quite useful really for example in the case of No. 7.
