Brussels departure routes

Over on one of the xpat forums someone asked about planes from Brussels flying over the city center at the weekend. Most of the planes I've seen departing BRU seem to turn to the north to avoid overflying the city (presumably for noise reasons). Do they change the departure route at weekends?

don't know the details, but there is something as a "dispersion plan". This plan assigns landing/take-off runways depending on day of the week/time of the day. All this if weather conditions allow such operation.
It's all about noise abatement and it's a rather hot political issue.
There might be more info on the airport website (www.biac.be)
