Notam Abbreviations

Anyone got a good link to a full breakdown of the abbreviations used in notams? I can't find one in the Jepp Text manual.

http://www.aip.net.nz/pdf/GEN_2.2.pdf I can't find the UK CAA one although it is available on the net if you search around enough. Hope this helps.
