Price for renewal of ratings on UK licence

Im tired of the extreme prices charged by the Scandinavian CAA's for renewing ratings every year. My SEP and MEP run me at around £400 to renew.

What I was thinking to do was change my Norwegian based JAA licence to a UK based JAA licence as I have heard rumors that it is cheaper to renew in the UK.

I have tried to search the net for the prices but came up short.
Can anybody help me as to the prices of renewal in UK??

Anybody else with experience doing this?

Best regards

I'm in the prosses of changing my Swedish licence (2000 punds for 5 years) to a uk one (210 punds for 10 years). All you need is the form srg/1136 (if I remember corectly) and then a payment form send it all in and if you'r lucky you might have your own uk licence in 3 weeks. If you have any questions ring the CAA on 00442073797311, they are very helpfull unlike the Scandinavians.

Good luck
