Climb gradients

Hi,

From what I know, the gross climb gradients used are:

3.3% for departures
2.5% for missed approaches

Beside these, I´ve read that there's a minimum climb gradient requirement:

2.4% -> Two engine
2.7% -> Three engine
3.0% -> Four engine

Is this correct????? What about n-1 climb gradient requirements.???

Thanks in advance

MD
