Recurrent Training

would you please explain me what does a recurrent trainining consist, if it is mandatory and more in general the requirements?

Have a look at those references this should give you an good idea of what's required:
Ops 1 subpart N appendix 1 § 1.965 and FCL 1 subpart F appendix to 1.240 and 1.295

Do you have to go under recurrent training every 6 months? or 1 year?
