Hi i would like to know if somebody as a nice link where i can find a good & simple explanation of the jar ops and jar fcl.

Pepito - 'JAROPS' is several thousand tightly printed pages long, covering fixed wing, rotary, engineering, ATC etc - a 'simple' explanation is not possible! There is a link to view some of it in the tech log forum. What exactly do you want explained?
