Local time when unacclimatised

CAP 371 has many references to local time with respect to night duty limits and local nights rest. Having flown a long-haul sector over more than two times zones, one is unacclimatised on arrival. Is local time then immediately the local time at the arrival point?
Is a flight departing LHR for YYZ, arriving 0210Z ( 2110 local ) a night flight for the purposes of CAP 371 limits on late finishes/ early starts . Is the return flight normally a night flight or by definition is there no night flight limit whilst unacclimatised?

Hi there,
Must admit that is a tricky one...and yet another example of just how confusing and muddied CAP371 can be some times!
My instinct tells me that it would be a late duty if you arrive at 0210Z in YYZ. This is because the crew is 'not acclimitised' to the local time in which case logic dictates that they are still working on the local time of the time zone they departed from.
I stress this is only a best guess...You have got me thinking though as I am about to start a crewing job with an airline that does many long haul flights (my background is short/medium haul). Methinks I am going to have to scour CAP371!!

Limits and definitions for night, early and late duties only apply when you are acclimatised, i.e. 3 consecutive local nights free of duty in a time zone not more than 2 hours wide. Therefore when you are unacclimatised there is no such thing as a night duty.
Your outbound LHR-YYZ flight is technically a night flight if you are acclimatised to UK local time. The return flight will not be a night flight unless you have aclimatised to YYZ local time.
