Jumpseat Agreements

Hello,
Had a quick question regarding J/S agreements. I am employed by a US Carrier and was wondering about other airlines' policy on allowing jumpseaters. For example, could I jumpseat on an Iberia flight from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Madrid? Any ideas on on who to contact, or what your company's policy is? Thanks.
