A318-how is it?

HY
If you were to compare the A318 with the other members of the 320 family ,from a pilot point of view, what would you say?
Also, with the 737NG,if any of u flew both types?
I would like to know this, being offered a move from the 737 to the A318,with no previous experience on the Bus.The type rating is valid for A320 family?

A-318

Hi
I am pilot from Mexicana, the A-318 is almost the same as the A-319 and A-320. SOP's is the same, it is only on the landing that it is a little bit different, it is more difficult to make a really soft landing, but besides that the performance is very good and the cockpit is just the same with the diference of the LCD instead of the CRT flight displays. Airbus and also Mexicana considers the A-318 as the A-320 fam.

Regards
