I think you have said what a lot of us have been trying to say.
Low timers need to eat some humble pie and take a bit of flack on the chin because they are NOT EXPERIENCED. Thats not taking away from them the fact that they are fully qualified to do the job that they are doing. I dont think any of us here are criticising them personly for being in the position they are. I myself congratulate them.
They all must remember one thing though. They have been given the responsibility of x00 pax lives down the back. The question that all low hour f/os should, and a lot of us are asking is, will they be up to the challenge when the sh!t hits the fan?
