Europe - SXM

When AF and KLM fly their 744's and A340's to St. Maarten (SXM), do they need a tech stop on the return leg on is the runway long enough?

Is it a scheduled direct flight?

KLM's run is a triangle flight. AMS-SXM-CUR-AMS. The runway at CUR is plenty long for a full load for the last leg. The runway at SXM would impose severe payload restrictions for us. Regards O.

So it still is a direct flight. Just not non-stop.
