Regulations for the over 60's

I know this has been covered before as i have already been through the previous threads ... However, does anyone have any links to the regulations regardling pilots over 60??

I am mainly enquiring in GA terms with regards to PIC, Public Transport and Private Flights. I have already looked at JAR-FCL 1 but nothing seems to cover the info i require in plain simple English!!! i.e ...

Under what circumstances can one fly public transport?? Co-Captain??

Are they less restricted with Private Flying??
