CAT II and III app.

In the airline where I work the CAA ask that every aircraft have to perform 3 CAT 2 approach (real or simulated) every month to keep the aircraft current. For the pilots are 3 approach (real or simulated) every 6 months.
I'm curious about the big boys (we operate just ATR) specially that qualified to the use of the autoland.

regards
Mattia

The same here. I reckon it's an ENAC and JAR issue, and autoland isn't changing that, since it's mostly a maintenance item.
