Hello all
Im a corporate F/A.
Wondering if anyone knows of a site that will give me approximate flight times...
I hate having to ask the pilots all the time...
Many thanks

http://gc.kls2.com will show you the Great Circle distance between two airports (ICAO or IATA codes).
You can also enter a ground speed to get an approximate duration with the usual caveats: you probably won't fly a true GC path, groundspeed will vary ('natch) and you have to add a bit of time for approaches etc. Still and all, should give you something within half an hour or so.

Nicole,
I can understand your desire to have some idea how long a flight is going to be. Certainly, as a FA, you need to know this in order to plan your activity during flight. And let's face it, not being able to answer a simple PAX question about ETA is embarrassing! The company should provide you with printed trip information that includes the estimated flight schedule and PAX names and catering etc.. The captain should provide a short pre-flight briefing to the crew regarding flight times, weather expected enroute and at destination and any other considerations that may affect the PAX. Even if Cappy prefers or is required to brief the PAX himself, a crew briefing is still prudent before greeting the PAX. I suggest bringing this up with the Captain and if necessary, with higher management. Charter and corporate ops can sometimes move very quickly with little notice. Shortcuts are sometimes taken to speed things up, but some steps of preparation should not be skipped. This is one of them. Ask to be provided this information before PAX arrive. It's the right thing to do and PAX expect crew to be aware of such things.
Best,
Westhawk
