Jepessen Charts with *

Why do some Jeppesen Approach charts have * next to the frequencies? For example Denpasar chart 10-9. Thanks.

If I remember right it means only part time operation. For example it could appear beside a GND frequency which is only used if the TWR frequency is busy.

* next to a frequency indicates "part-time operation", whether it is a Navaid or a Communications frequency.
