Any kind folk out there know what TKS stands for when speaking about TKS Anti-Ice fliud?

Thanks Spit, Almost there....... If memory serves me correctly it actually stands for the guys who invented the mixture during the second world war.

1/3 of the way there as I remember Kilfrost is indeed a part of the Abreviation.

Well it stands for the 3 companies that developed the De-Ice product in the second world war which were: Tecalemit, Kilfrost (thanks Droopy
