I have a friend who is an Air Traffic Controller at Ashtrakhan (top of the Caspian Sea), part of the new Russian CIS, who sent me this email:
hi jim ,fanks for email,i am now in sochi in hospital for reabiliation
after medoperation evry year.jim one company virgini air from london to

your qantas helped found them and can you know me pilots office email
or fax of this company
in london now i want found the pilot who flowen becouse i had problem

What he wants is to be able to ask a couple of questions of Virgin Ops. Can someone at Virgin please email him at:

Yes, his written Engilsh isn't too good. How good is your Russian?? and yes, I fly for Qantas.
