Pilot Height
Might sound like a wierd question, but what height are you pilot people?
Is the max still 6'3? When I was younger I was worried about if I'd grow over the maximum height permitted.

Never heard of a pilot max height restriction (cabin crew - yes), with the exception of BA, who probably have a whole department devoted to administrating obscure and needless regulations dating back to it's time as a nationalised company.
Clearly though, some aircraft are considerably less comfortable for pilots of larger dimensions, but none of the operators of these smaller types have any problem with tall pilots that I have ever come across. Anybody over 6'6" may find themselves uncomfortable in the extreme, but there aren't that many lanky streaks around.

I presume the certain level of fitness with the medical takes care of any weight issues.
Hard to be fit enough if you're a big lump not that I've ever seen a big fat pilot...(maybe a beer belly but that's it!).

)..and no probs fitting in most things..other than a C152
I'm 6'6" and although tight for space in many aeroplanes I haven't come across one I can't fly yet.
(Though the 150 Cessna's were a big of a squeeze if a mate of mine and myself were flying it and wanted to shut both doors at the same time.

And if you had the opposite problem i.e. not very tall at all, don't worry, just hoist on board the relevant "small man syndrome" and voila, off you go to a job in airline management.

I once flew with a trainee of such gigantic dimensions in a smallish aircraft (Jetstream 31) that he needed to remove the seat squab, and use a small inflatible childs swimming float which he always carried.
At the other end of the spectrum, witnessed a pilot so small that during an approach in gusty conditions in a DC4, his bum would lift right off the seat whenever he had to apply back stick.
It doesn't matter how well you fit, it matters only how well you do it. (Now there's a loaded statement).

Well, I am 5' 11", and triple digits, and never failed a Class 1 medical yet.. the doctor just shrugs...
Did get a letter from CASA once suggesting I lose weight as it may impede my ability to fully function the controls and during walk around - HORSE PATS IT DOES!

Boeing design their flight decks for a certain range of heights. Off the top of my head, the limits are 5ft 2in to 6ft 4 in. The Boeing limits are used by BA.
