Approaches - KRM course

If you look in the legend of the Jeppesen Airway manuals, you find four types of "feathers" representing different types of approaches.
All of which are familiar to me, except the "KRM Course".

Unable to find any information in books and on the internet, I've called Jeppesen, and spoke to someone who THOUGHT it was a localizer type non-precision approach, off which a few are located somewhere in Russia.

Does anyone else have any knowledge about this "KRM Course"?

I guess judging by the amount of replies i've gotten, it isn't a widely used system.
