HZ124 at Edinburgh

Anybody know what HZ124, an A340-200 apparently operated by the Saudi Government, has been doing at Edinburgh recently? It was briefly in from the US a few days ago, and has just taken off today, Sunday, bound for Brize Norton...

HZ-123 B707 is at Southend but it has been there since 1999, a long stopover.
