European - are they still under CVA?

sorry guys to bring this old chesnut up again - but im sure they have finished trading under the CVA . . . .ive tried to forget about it but it still ruffles my feathers!! . . . .so do think we are ever going to get some more money that is owed to us ?

MrHosty... from what ive heard they are no longer under CVA... as of April 7th anyway.
