Acmi?

I keep coming across the abbreviation ACMI on charter airline websites - what does it mean? I cannot find an answer anywhere!

Can anyone help?

As far as I know this stands for leasing abbreviation, which includes following: A-aircraft, C-crew, M-maintenance, I-insurance. This term is used to define the leasing conditions.
May be wrong.
Cheers.
