Luxembourg duty period definition
Does anyone know if it is true that in Luxembourg duty period is only counted if you are actually flying?
This does not seem likely to me but I am being asked to be on permanent standby at a maintenance base with no facilities. Obviously I think of this as duty time but they see it differently.
