Arrow Question for Lufthansa pilots.

What number of breaking coefficent do you need for landing or take-off for Airbus-319?

Is breaking coefficent 0.2 SFT would be OK for landing of A-319?

I thought that landing with FC=< 0.25 were not authorized, but maybe that's just my company.....

That depends:

With a Braking Coeffincient of 0.25 and below, there is a Crosswind Limit of 5kt.

Generally the decision to land rest with the Commander. Considering the runway condition he may decide, that a landing is unsafe and choose to divert.

Landing on a icy runway for example is not permitted.
