Pilot fatigue, ftl's(and the abuse of) bullying by management etc...
I am writing a book detailing my experiences with my previous company. FTL's and more importantly their abuse.... disturbing pre-flight rest etc., bullying by management, shortage of staff (engineers, aircrew, operations).
