Morning,
What is the relevance of the -37D part of the above title? I know that the 3 means a 300 series, but what does the rest mean?

Yes, the variant in question is (still) Air Seychelles.

It refers both to Boeing a/c series and to the initial operator (airline) or lessor/owner of the aircraft.

The first digit i.e. 3 means 300 series, the other two (letters and/or numbers) the airline.

7D actually is Air Seychelles
