Do non-ICAO hours count?

Im looking at working in non-ICAO Taiwan. I realise that the license and type rating are not valid in other countries, however do the hours that I log still count? Or in 3 years will my resume only have the same number of hours as it does now?

Thanks,
NZ

Yes they do count and will be perfectly acceptable to any future employers.
