Voice -tapes/-transcripts of daily flights

Hi folks!

Where can I find voice material (tapes, transcripts, videos) of real flights (for example London-Munich, London-JFK, Frankfurt-Newark or whatever)?

It would be a great help for my lecture on "Communication in commercial aviation" for non-pilot audince (engineers).
I don't mean live ATC on the net.

Hope you can help.

thx, and hear you on the frequency.

Ps.: This topic is posted also within the ATC section.

As ever, a simple answer is to type your request into Google and all will be revealed. I found lots there by using the enquiry "flightdeck videos". The aviation press is full of adverts for this sort of thing - try "Pilot" or the Transair brochure.
