Thumbs up The right term please!

Preparing my resume in english I need some help to be able to name properly my formers jobs...
1) how do you call the pilot flying in a parachutism center climbing and descending all day long... ...and 2) the one towing gliders ...

Para-drop pilot.

Glider tow pilot.

One guy I know does number one in a twin otter...all day long.
You might say his job has many ups and downs.

QCM - another common option for 2) is 'tug pilot'

Ok BOAC that's noted...pfffff! can you imagine after flying 22 years trying to put all that in a resume , searching the dusty log books...anyway all of you must know that very good book "Airline Pilot Interview" by Irv Jasinski , an excellent guide , above all when english is not your language!
