Question SIGMET Decodes

Does anyone know where there is a decode for the abbreviations used in SIGMETS. The other day a colleague and I disagreed on whether STNR meant "Strengthening" of "Stationary" in relation to mountain wave activity. I have looked through the AIP without success.

Thanks for any light anyone can shed on this.

Thanks OLD SMOKEY. This is the conclusion that we came to. Where are these decodes listed?

All the best.
